All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service with Ireland orders sent via Standard Delivery service.

Next Day Tracked Delivery is not guaranteed to arrive within one working day, however, the majority of orders are received within one working day. Delivery time above is for indication purposes only.

Your order must be received no later than 12noon. Orders placed Monday – Thursday will be delivered Next Day. Orders placed on a Friday may be received on the Saturday, although Royal Mail do not guarantee this service. All of the aforementioned recorded delivery options will require a signature. Please ensure there will be someone available to provide this.

We do not dispatch at weekends or on UK public holidays. We are also unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

All European orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Your order should take between 3 and 10 working days to be delivered to you. Some European orders can take up to 3 to 20 workings days depending on your exact country, location and customs. However we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances as stated above including busy holiday periods. In these instances, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded if delayed because of these reasons.

All International orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Your order should take between 5 and 9 working days to be delivered to you. Some International orders can take longer, up to 3 to 20 workings days, depending on your exact country, location and customs.

Outside the UK & European Union, some orders may be subject to customs or import taxes. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. Beauty Ministry have no control over these charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer to check these costs.

FURTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct before confirming your order, we accept no liability for inaccurate delivery addresses. Addresses that are entered incorrectly that result in lost or undelivered packages will result in further additional costs. In the case of a order being returned due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office/depot, a re-delivery cost will be charged.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within the given time frames above we ask that you kindly wait until the 15th working day before contacting us.

This is in due part because we are unable to investigate with the Royal Mail or couriers until this time has passed. Please also make allowances for orders made over the weekend, bank holidays and holiday periods.

Beauty Ministry cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances as stated above and including busy holiday periods. In these instances, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded if delayed because of these reasons. We would also like to add that any orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following working day.

If no-one is in at your given delivery address, Royal Mail will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office.

International Delivery is available on selected brands.

RETURNS INFORMATION:

Beauty Ministry is dedicated to bringing you the very best in beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason you may need to return or exchange an item. Please contact us first.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any damaged, shortages or unwanted item(s), this should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If your product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us within 7 working days. If either applies you will need to fill in our form below or contact us via email enquiries@beautyministry.com to confirm this. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 5 working days of a raised return. Once the items have returned to Beauty Ministry safely a refund or exchange will then follow.

Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service at the customers own expense. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:

This means, unopened, unused and with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that have been used or in none re-saleable state. If the product is not returned as described above you will not be eligible for a will not be for a return or refund.

Cancellation/Refund policy:

If you exercise your right to cancel your order at any point within 14 working days following receipt of your order, you will need to fill in our form below or contact us via email enquiries@beautyministry.com to confirm this. Your order must be returned with unopened and unused products in their original packaging to us within 5 working days of notifying us of your wish to return your order.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to Beauty Ministry at your own cost. Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

We will process a refund on receipt of goods to your original payment method.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages:

In the case of a order being returned to Beauty Ministry as a refused or undeliverable package due to an incorrect name or address, or customer not being present/failure to claim. The customer will then be contacted to see if they want the order to be redelivered or refunded. A further fee of any delivery costs Beauty Ministry has incurred in sending the products out to you will be added or deducted for either option chosen.

Reactions to Products:

It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a patch test on any product prior to use. Always check compatibility of any purchased products with other material facts that can affect results described.

Please note that we are not responsible for any adverse reaction from any product(s) that we sell. Please be sure to read the manufacturer’s leaflet which comes with most products that Beauty Ministry offer to see if they are likely to cause you any problem. Follow the directions on the product or on the product page on our website, while ensuring that you introduce the product slowly to prevent any adverse skin reactions. In case of an adverse reaction we recommend that you visit your Doctor in the first instance as we are unable to give you professional medical advice. If you have followed the above process but feel that you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this in writing to Beauty Ministry at enquiries@beautyministry.com

Depending on the issue with the product, you may be required to complete a comprehensive Product Reaction Authorisation Form, and any item(s) in question might be sent back to the manufacturer for thorough testing. This form must be fully completed within 48 hours, including photographs of the reaction.

In some cases these reactions are normal when starting new products, so please get in touch before returning your product.
